"Apply Now" on LinkedIn taking candidate to Career Site Landing Page instead of Req.

When candidates are clicking "Apply Now" on LinkedIn, they are taken to the career site landing page. They then have to search for the requisition to apply. Has anyone seen this issue before and how did you resolve?
