How to display embedded dashboard only on a custom page category

Hi Team,

I have embedded a dashboard on homepage springboard. Now that dashboard is embedded to all tabs of the springboard.

1) Is there a way to embed it only to a custom page category created from structure tool by using EL expression?

2) Also, can we add reports and analytics > user favorites link to a dashboard?

Please advise.
