Convert Pending Worker

We have been using the Classic UI, but since 21B was loaded this has stopped working.  In the Reponsive UI/HCM Studio, there is no action called Convert pending worker.  Do I use Hire an Employee or/and Create work relationship/?  How do I add pages like Personal Payment Methods & Personal Identifiers to the list of boxes and remove the boxes we dont want to see?
