Pending Worker: Person Number Issue

Hi All,

We are facing a strange issue with Person Number allocation.

When the candidate was Move to HR

A Pending worker record was created and "10009" person number was allocated to his account. But when we go under Pending Worker(Quick Action) > Edit Pending Worker or Convert Pending worker then person number is showing "10008". Any idea why it is showing different.

Person Number Generation: Automatic
