When deleting a candidate record from within the Hiring App, does this 'purge' the system as well or is there another process/step?
Also - when a candidate Delete their profile (right to be forgotten) from the external career site, does the Recruiter get notified or is there a flag in recruiting, so that the recruiter should go and delete their record? We found that when a candidate deletes their record from the external career site, the record stays in tact in Recruiting.
What is the correct process/steps for deleting a candidate?
