Users wants to know why the PPR got voided automatically even though they don't void it intentionally or by mistake

Hi all, 

if you this scenario where the PPR (payment process request) suddenly got voided when there's no manual intervention to void it.  This happens for H2H (Host to Host) transactions.

Please help to advise what are the possible causes or reasons for this.
