Assigning Learners using Analysis Report Criteria

When assigning learners using the Analysis Report Criteria, it is not adding the assignment automatically (for a "required" course)...

1.  Is there a process that needs to be run afterwards to pull those employees in?

2. On the OTBI report that is used, do we need to include a certain status (not completed, in progress, etc) to pull up the employees that need to be auto enrolled?
