We have a requirement to relabel the 'Gender' field to 'S ex'.  I would like to understand:

- have any other customers already done this?

- Is this a large/small change?   I understand that we can use the Text Editor, but how reliable/robust is this?

- What are the implications and other things that we need to consider eg I am expecting that our notifications would have to be changed, and our reports, but is there anything else that could have a knock-on implication?

- Is there anything that will not work after changing the prompt - i am assuming that most of the seeded functionality would refer to the database item, rather than the label - is this always the case?
