Length of service not calculating correctly on seniority date

Hi,

Length of service not calculating correctly based on ESS process and via Recalculate seniority button. Although, the seniority date is correct

We understand the parameters for updating seniority date are based on PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M, PER_ASSIGN_GRADE_STEPS_F and PER_SENIORITY_HOURS.

However, If there is no change on employee record on above mentioned table; how would the LOS will be calculated? We are using LOS in eligibility profile for other modules such as absence , benefits and due to LOS not calculated correctly is causing issue for employee enrollment.

Any inputs or guidance will be really helpful.
