Seniority Dates not recalculating properly

Hello - We have the 'Calculate Seniority Dates' process scheduled to run twice daily, but it does not look like employee's Seniority Date/Length of Service are updating properly for existing employees. It will work on some employees but not others.

For example: On August 11th - Employee started June 1st, 2021. It states that seniority date was last calculated July 11th, 2021 and the employee shows as having a length of service of 1 month 11 days instead of 2 months and 11 days.

 

Are there any other processes that need to be scheduled?

What parameters should we use when scheduling the 'Calculate Seniority Dates' process?
