Validation checks on Email field

Hello, 

This is a long shot but I was wondering if it was possible to add validation to the email address field.

The issue is that we want to avoid the HR team entering the personal email address into the work email address section. We would ideally want the validation to only allow them to add this type of email (for example the savethechildren.org tag).is this at all possible?
