ORC: Retrigger a Phase and State Email for information

Hello,

I am hoping you can help me.

Is there a way to retrigger an email to a successful candidate, post Job Offer for Additional Information,Request Additional Information?

the only action we can see is "return to previous phase" which we presume would then need re-approving and then would trigger the email again, but is there another way without having to go back a phase?
