DOB missing for some pending workers

some pending workers are missing DOB data and gives an error when converting that DOB data is missing.

Pending worker are created from Job Offer details.

Is there a DOB field in Job Offer letter??

Else where we can make this DOB field mandatory, so that this data will be available for pending workers.
