Default value of factor input value in calculation time card element not picked up

Hi,

We have created a time card element that has the same factor for all employees. In the calculation and retro elements automatically created by the system, we have set 0.1 as default value for Factor input value. Upon checking in payroll, it calculated using 1 as factor. We also updated the l_time_factor default to 0.1 in the fast formula but still 1 is being used in the calculation. Just want to check how you did it in your configuration.
