We need to develop some extra controls on specific buttons in HCM and we need to determine which is the appropriate tool or method to accomplish those;

- When pressing the submit button in "terminate" page for an employee, it will check if there is a positive absence balance for the employee and give a warning pop-up
- When pressing the submit button in "terminate" page for an employee, it will check if there is any active record in a specific EFF context (liability info), give a warning pop-up and stop the termiation operation.
