Candidate Selection Process - How to verify WHO column details

In Candidate Selection Process Configuration page, we see a bunch of CSPs.

But, There is no way to tell the Creation date, created by, Last update date and Last updated by.

We are seeing most of the CSPs have last updated date as 30-Aug-2021 and we are trying to figure out who/what updated this.

Questions

1. How to verify the Creation date, created by, Last update date and Last updated by of a CSP

2. Is there a way to remove/delete Inactivate CSPs that were never used in any template
