address and assignment quick action

I need to open a new quick action, in which I can change:
1. one field that is located under assignment (this files called Working at Home, this is Yes\No option)
2. change the address of the employee 

In the existing quick actions we have, I saw I can find
1. under change assignment
2. under contact info or under hire process

but I haven't fount yet quick action that contains the 2 tabs: assignment, address

Do u know something I can use?
