ORC - Organization Security Profiles

Hi,

I have some questions about Recruiting security. We have defined a role with an organization security profile with Organization Classification "Business Unit" and listed only one Business Unit in the Organization List.

However, the recruiter can see all Business Units listed in the Business Unit field of the Requisition. Only the Recruiting Organization field is correctly limited to the listed Business Unit.

In the role there is also a Person Security Profile that limits visibility to the user's area of responsibility, but the recruiter can select all Hiring Managers, instead of only those belonging to his Business Unit.
