Is it possible to have one interview candidate managed interview schedule where a different email notification 'invite to schedule interview' is sent out depending on whether the candidate is internal or external

Content (required):

We don't want the Recruiter to have to think whether the candidate is internal or external before inviting for an interview however the information provided to a candidate is different if they are internal or external - is there a way for the system to send out the correct email notification depending on if the candidate is already an employee or an external candidate?
