Negative Revenue calculated
Summary:
Hi, we are using Percent Spent revenue method, and are experiencing certain cases where negative revenue is being generated during the Revenue Generation process. In these situations there will be an automatic event created for a positive amount (eg. $500) based on the percent spent formula, as well as a corresponding automatic event where the revenue is negative (eg. -$500). The negative event shows an ITD cost of $0, while the positive event shows the actual ITD cost (eg. $1000).
I have an SR booked with Oracle Support, however is there an obvious reason why Generate Revenue would be writing down/reversing revenue, and showing $0 ITD costs where there are in fact summarized costs?
