Any option for Mass Manager change by Manager

Summary:

Is there any option for manager to perform mass manager change to their direct reports and indirect reports?

Content (required):

Case 1- 100 employees are reporting to manager and manager wants to move 50 direct reports to other manager.

As far as i know, this can be done through direct reports task by Manager's of Manager. But looking for option to Manager.

Case 2- 100 employees are reporting to Manager A and Manager A reporting to Manager B.

Manager B wants to move indirect reports from Manager A to other manager.

any option for mass indirect reports change by Manager?
