Hello All,

I will appreciate your support in the issue below:

As per Doc ID 1427524.1 (Answer 2), employees can manage their own notification preferences and delete Business Email entry.

However, when we select the row “Business Email” (refer to the screenshots below), we are not able to delete it. It is accessed from: Click on the Bell - Show All - Worklist - Preferences - Notifications.

The text is displayed “This channel must be deleted through identity management system” when hovering on the delete button.

Your support is appreciated as we would like to disable email notification on employee level.
