Workflow Approval rule using Annual Salary

I am new to oracle HCM cloud and would like to get some inputs if some of you here have encountered the same request from a client using the Workflow Approval rule using Annual Salary and how to automatically convert it.

Content (required):

We have a client request to use workflow approval using an Annual Salary or salary basis, however, I can't find any oracle document on how automatically convert the local country salary to Euros.

Example Scenario:

As an HR Admin in Hong Kong, I will hire an employee and use the local currency in my country and when I submit the transaction, the goal is to automatically convert that local currency to an amount in Euros, and when a certain amount is reached it will go to an approval.
