Candidate cannot submit job application
Summary:
We are having issues with candidates submitting their job applications on the external career site. The candidates are completing all of the application and then clicking on the submit button. Instead of the application being submitted it, a circle keeps spinning next to the submit button and then it times out.
This is not happening to all candidates. Some candidates are able to apply to the requisition and some are not. This is happening across multiple requisitions and there does not seem to be any pattern between the requisition or the candidates (e.g. browser or email address).
Is anyone encountering this issue and/or found a resolution?
