Data showing in Person management page, not showing in HCM Analysis

Content (required):

HR can view all US data + only the specific UK dept data from Person management page.

But, When the HR runs a seeded HCM analysis, it only shows the US data, but not the UK dept data along with it. There is no filter in the analysis.

HR specialist role is assigned with US BU AOR and Data security role is assigned for UK dept data access.

The expectation is, Analysis created from seeded HCM subject areas should also show the US and UK data for the HR, as it is showing in the Person management page.
