Line Manager not able to see pending workers coming through recruitment

Summary:

Line Manager cannot see Pending Workers who have come through recruitment. They also cannot see requisitions under My Team > My Team

Content (required):

If we add a pending worker through Core HR, Hire an Employee, Line Managers can see them without issue using the Pending Worker Quick Action. However, if we create a pending worker through recruitment and move to HR, they are not visible to the line manager. I can however see them when I look through core HR for pending workers. If we convert the pending worker and they have a future start date, I can only see them as a line manager from My Team > My Team > With Offer.
