GridNotes function - Extremely Slow!

We are using the new GridNotes function on a report sourced from FCCS. We have 170 accounts on the rows (Hybrid Cube - DSO). The report runs without an issue without the text function GridNotes, but once enabled it takes 20 minutes to complete.

Can you please help?
