Personal Brand - Endorsement functionalities

Hello experts ?

We are exploring Endorsement functionalities for a client.

We saw that under My Client Groups --> Personal Brand Administration it is possible to setup some skills list of values.

We would like to understand if:

• Are these lists editable in terms of values?
• is it possible to create your own list? (I guess so...under the custom ones)
• Is it possible, once that they are visible, to delete / hide them when an employee is giving an endorsement?

In general, have you any documentation about endorsement? We saw that Oracle guidelines are not focused on this part.
