HR Help Desk - Can you restrict Assigned to Resources based upon the Queue?

Can you restrict Assigned to Resources based upon the Queue? If so, how?

When an SR is created we have Queues automatically assigned based on the Category.
The next step is to manually assign the SR to a Resource and we would like to have the functionality to only assign the Resource from the list applicable to the Queue, and not from all Resources. Is that possible?
