HNS - Incidents - How can we show the full entry within sections that are cutting off the entries?

Summary:

We have already opened a ticket on Oracle Support--however I wanted to see if anyone else may have come across the same situation and found a solution.

When a closed incident is viewed, the user cannot see all the details in the Incident Details section. Where the Description section will show all the description and the size will adjust as needed to show all of it written details. However, the delivered sections Actions Taken (we renamed Immediate Actions) and Outcome (we renamed Lessons Learned), do not adjust and show all of the details written in the section. Our end users have to reopen the incident and enter edit mode to read the entire thing.
