Summary:

Hi Team,

I am struck into a weird situation where in the client was using a 3-Tier employment model already and we are now implementing OR for them.

Hence when the candidate is moved to HR - only the "Assignment" details are moving and not the "Employment Terms" - We have no issues/errors found at candidate to PWK conversion and also no error from PWK to Employee Conversion.

However once the employee is converted, if the HR is performing any assignment change from "Person Management" page and any other update to the employee record, they are getting error that "Employment Terms" is mandatory to fill.
