The requirement is that the Event Alert - IRC_Requisition_Posted_Internal, to go out to all employees, once Job Requisition is posted internally.

A new template be added to the alert, with different wording, with the inclusion of <a ${href}="${RequisitionPostingInternalDeepLinkURL}">View the internal job posting</a>

The question we have is what should the recipient details (expression) be for mail and worklist, for this added template to be send to all employees once requisition is posted internally?

Tried below, but notifications and emails are not being send:
