Cannot see parameters for Import Accounting Transactions

Summary:

Hi Experts, I am new to FAH and need your help. I created and a source application and all related configurations. I also loaded the transactions upload file using the file import and export, but when I try to run the 'Import Accounting Transactions' process, I have access to the process but there are no parameters to it. I could not select the data file nor could I select create accounting option as they are not available at all. What is causing this issue?
