Probation and Notice Periods

Summary:

Probation end date is not calculated as per the calendar days

We have an employee whose hire date is 29-Nov-2021 and when we choose 3 months as probation period we see a probation end date as 27-Feb-2022 whereas it supposed to be 28-Feb-2022.

Anyone else come across this situation? If possible please explain the logic behind the same?
