Having trouble getting this table-based Value Set to work

I have been wracking my brain all night/day on this one. The SQL works fine in BI but when I use it as a Value Set in my Fast Formula, it returns nothing

Value Column Name: bpf.name

WHERE clause: 1=1

and bepec.benefit_relation_id = braf.benefit_relation_id

and braf.person_id = :{PARAMETER.PERSON_ID}
