How do we add an Ethnicity/Race option of "Not Disclosed"?

Summary: In the Personal Details > Demographic Info there is the section for Ethnicity and Races. We have been requested to add an option of "Not Disclosed". Can this be done and if it can what is the best method?



Content (required):

This option is listed in our PER_ETHNICITY common lookups, however it is currenlty set to Enabled = False. If we set this to True will the "Not Disclosed" selection be included? Will any additional changes need to be made in order to enable this option.
