In HRHD - can turning off the SR resolution email notification cause issues?

Summary: Our Business counterparts are asking if we can turn off the email notifications for the service request resolution when an agent resolves SR by clicking Actions>resolve>resolution reason>resolution outcome> save and close


Content (required): We wanted to know if turning this notification will cause any issues with any related functionality? We still want to keep the notifications for logging an SR, when there is an update to an SR, when there is a response to an SR or if SR is forwarded.
