I would like to make DFF Mandatory for Specific Legal Entity via Transition Design Studio.

Legal Entity is Mandatory field but when I am trying to make below field mandatory for Specific Legal Entity then below Required option is disable. Is this because it's a Global Flex field? Kindly provide some guidance on this.
