We need to inform the HR Specialist (based on AOR) that an internal canidate was 'Moved to HR'.

Content (required):

Want to include this in the alert: IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_Internal

We added the recipient:

${AlertUtils.toString(AlertUtils.hrRepList(PersonId).UserName)}

This is not working. Any thoughts on how we can achieve this?
