Employee Assignment status is getting change automatically from active to Leave of absence

Hi Team,

Employee Assignment status is getting change automatically from active to Leave of absence and From leave of absence to active. and have confirmed that, user haven't made any changes from their end.

Person was placed on leave incorrectly on 10/13/21, so HR made a change to the record to make it active again.

Then on 12/13/21, the person actually went on leave, while processing payroll she had reverted back to active status.

Any changes to the record will make it active again. It should not be active since the person is on leave.
