Best Practice To Run Process Synchronize Person Records

Hello All,

I will appreciate your support on the issue below:

Our client is hiring employees before their Hire Date. For e.g. Employee's Hire Date is 05-JAN-2022 but the Hire an Employee flow is performed on 04-JAN-2022 (PFA screenshot)

If we don't run the process Synchronize Person Records, when the employee accesses the Expense Module: Blank page is displayed

When we run the process Synchronize Person Records with From Date, To Date, and After Batch Load respectively set to 07-JAN-2022, 07-JAN-2022 (Today Date), and No: Blank page is displayed
