Request Button - Course level - Issues

Summary:

Hi there - We're experiencing issues with the request button across the banner of a course. When the button is pushed the screen simply 'blinks' but doesn't do anything. To request the course, our learners have to always use the drop-down menu option, which does work.

However, we do not have this issue with Specializations. A learner can request a specialization by selecting the request button across the banner and it works perfectly.

To our knowledge we don't have anything set up differently.

Anyone have any suggestions for the inconsistencies?
