After 21D update, system hangs when resume review in MS Word format

Summary:

After 21D update, Oracle recruiting is having issues in Hiring work area for recruiter as well hiring managers for Resume Review. When they preview resume in MS Word format, or try open it, the system hangs. The issue isn't happening with PDF resume.
