Summary: Hi All,

Book says, "Don't modify or disable the IRC_External_Candidate_Profile_Notification alert. This is a system alert used only by Oracle." When I am searching the same in alerts composer , I am not able to find this notification. I understand this is a system alert used by Oracle. But why cant i see it? same goes for the internal one as well.
