How to prevent users from deleting a particular Contact Type Address

Hi All,

I have a requirement where, On Personal Information-> Contact Page, when an user tries to edit a particular Address type, Delete Button should not be visible for that particular Address type.

For example: An employee has Home Address and Legal Address, he/she should be able to delete the home address but not the legal address. Delete Button should be visible for Home Address Type and not Legal Address Type.

Tried this with EL expressions and I was only able to remove Delete button for all the the address types and not for one specific Address Type.
