Is it possible to PDF an application?

Summary: Is there a way to PDF an application out of ORC?

Content (required): One of our units hires DOT Truck Drivers and we have a DOT application flow that is different from our normal recruiting type. As a requirement we need to be able to print out the full DOT application to include as part of a DQ file for DOT compliance. Currently, the DOT application answers are stored under Application Extra Info Page and you have to select each section from the drop down menu. It's not feasible to Print to PDF each section. Curious if any other Oracle clients have this requirement and how do you meet it?
