Value for EFFECTIVE_DATE not passed correctly in HCM extract

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have custom HCM extract for ADP which is scheduled to run everyday in Production, TEST and DEV1 PODS.

DEV1 alone, we are facing strange issue with parameter EFFECTIVE_DATE as taking the date what was given at the time of scheduling the extract. Actually it suppose take process run date which is current date.

However, its working perfectly correct in TEST and PROD.

We have added few new attributes (fields in two data group) to the extracts in DEV1 and no other difference in "Payroll Flow patterns". All the screenshots given in the document which attached with this SR.
