Address Style Selection

What is the recommendation on setting up Address Style for a Country

Content (required):

We are implementing Core HR module for Germany. We may implement payroll interface in HCM in future for Germany down the line but current scope is only HR implementation.

Please refer task Features by Country or Territory (snapshot attached).

We have 2 questions on this setup.

1) For HR only implementation should we always go for 'Postal Address' style?

2) When Payroll Interface will be implemented in future, will system allow us to change the 'Postal Address' style to 'Supplemental Taxation and Reporting Address' style?
