Duties to be removed to restrict Manage Person Access from a copy of HR Analyst role to provide read-only access to Employment records only
Content (required):
We have a requirement to create a role where there should be read-only access to an employee's Employment records (history included). We created a copy of the Human Resource Analyst role and tried removing duties to restrict the role with Employment data only. However, after removing the majority of duties, the Manage Person access is still there. Please refer to the attachment for the information on removed duties.
