Action Code access for specific Role

Hi,

We have business requirements where we want to give action to specific role. Users in other roles should not have access to that Action code. For that, we mapped the role against a specific Action Code. But we are not able to achieve the expected result. Please refer the attached screenshot, where i mapped a specific role for an action. But all other roles are able to access the Action code. Please advise on this issue.
